Principal Welcome Message
Dear Students, Parents, and Families,
It is with great joy that I send this letter of introduction as the first principal of BridgePrep Academy of Orlando. The opportunity to positively impact every child’s school performance and experience in collaboration with the family is a calling that I take with great pride.
As an educator, I have spent the past 23 years with a specific focus on meeting the needs of diverse student populations. I became a school administrator because of my passion to inspire students to dream and a desire to make a difference in their lives through the work of great teachers.
I have lived in East Orlando for the past 13 years and my most recent administration experience has been:
❖ 5 years as a district special needs administrator supporting 38 schools in OCPS East Learning Community
❖ 3 years as an Assistant Principal
❖ 2 Years as a Senior Administrator
I am excited to bring my skills, experience, and qualification as an instructional leader to BridgePrep Academy and to work with you as a partner in education to ensure your child achieves success. Along with teachers and staff, I will work hard to pursue educational excellence by building strong relationships with students, parents and staff. We will focus on mastery of the Florida Standards, 21st Century skills, use of data to inform instruction and use of research-based instructional framework to guide instruction.
